*HIPAA compliant faxing is available when sending and receiving faxes via the online portal or when using the fax machine ATA adapter. Fax via Email is not considered HIPAA compliant.  The vFax platform uses HTTPS transport, encryptions, fully redundant processing infrastructure, and resides in a secure network environment.

vFax Plans & Pricing

*Order new fax numbers or transfer existing fax number.  Number porting fee will be assessed. Add an additional fax number to vFax Standard and Plus plans for $4/month.

*Pricing does not include installation of ATA Adapter (if applicable). Outbound faxing to international numbers is not supported.

*Unlimited faxing is only available for physical fax machines using our ATA fax enable device.  Fax-via-email and the portal are not available with our unlimited faxing plan.
