Video Collaboration, Presence, & Chat

Presence provides users with the ability to set customizable status messages (or use emojis) to display if the user is out of the office, in a meeting or traveling. The presence feature displays the call status of anyone in the company, whether they are using their desk phone or ConnectUC softphone to communicate. ConnectUC provides immediate notifications for voicemails, parked calls and changes to presence status.
Business SMS & Shared SMS
Send and receive business text messages using your business identity– even from a personal device. Business SMS / MMS messaging is a premium feature and can be added to any employee’s phone number or shared amongst a group of users.
ConnectUC natively offers the ability to have shared SMS numbers as well! Multiple users on the system can view and respond to inbound SMS messages. Users that are sharing the SMS number will see all inbound and outbound communications for that number.
Virtual Fax
Send and receive faxes directly from your ConnectUC mobile clients- no external fax portal is necessary! Enable ‘shared faxes’ so multiple users can send and receive faxes from only one fax number. Keep your existing fax number or purchase new fax numbers. With mobile faxing, you’ll receive instant fax notifications and inbound faxes can be downloaded and saved as PDFs.
Call Parking via Web Client
ConnectUC’s unique call parking feature allows users to effortlessly park and retrieve calls with only one click– no star codes needed! The call parking feature provides details such as caller information, where the call is parked and for how long. ConnectUC delivers immediate notifications so your callers are not waiting too long.
