ACC Telecom, a leader in voice and data telecommunications for over 25 years, is actively seeking an account executive / outside sales representative with the expertise to prospect, positively position our products and services, seek new clientele and upsell current customers. ACC Telecom specializes in Hosted, VoIP/SIP technology, Cisco, and Toshiba phone systems.
ACC is looking for dedicated, self-motivated, professional, and ambitious candidates who want to join our expanding team of professionals. Candidate must be customer service orientated with 2+ years of account executive / sales experience. Background in telecommunications a positive, but not required. Position Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
1) Ability to prospect and close new sales leads to generate revenue
2) Upsell current client base with new products and services to meet their needs
3) "Solution-Selling" to commercial B-2-B customers
4) Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Account Executive will generate and close leads for Cisco, Toshiba, and Hosted VoIP technology systems for small, medium and large businesses in their assigned territory (MD, DC, or Northern Virginia). Candidates must be customer service oriented and understand the importance of building and maintaining customer relationships and partnerships.
Account Executives will be responsible for meeting reasonable monthly metrics and sales goals and obtaining an expert knowledgebase of our products and services.
Candidate background Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Voice and Data Telecommunication familiarity
- Sales Experience +2 years
