Have a Company Call Center? Get Net Phone: Phone Tools On a Computer Desktop for Maximum Agent Efficiency
The telephone and the computer are the two most important tools for your call center’s agents. Though these communication tools are used constantly, in most businesses they are rarely integrated. Instead, reps must go back and forth for information while reducing the level of customer service provided to callers. - Displays the Caller ID and status of each call, allowing users to manage multiple calls.
- Allows you to dial a phone number from any program including contact, CRM, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications.
- Lets you look up and dial PBX extensions in the directory with a click of your mouse. The directory is automatically generated so it is always up-to-date with every extension. It can easily be searched by name, and printed or exported.
- Attaches important customer information to a call via the Call Notes feature. The caller’s information follows them if they are transferred to another department or extension. Call notes eliminates the need to ask a caller for the same information multiple times and can also display information collected from the IVR system.
- Automatically creates a log of calls dialed and received on the local telephone extension. A user’s call history can be searched for specific calls by date, name, telephone number, or account code. Dials the calls you want to make when you double click the call in the Call History window. Easily print or export the entire Call History.
Add Chat to Net Phone
Chat is an instant messaging tool, allowing users to instantly send electronic messages from their computers, that can be purchased as a standard feature of Net Phone or as a standalone product. Chat is a great tool to get a message to someone when they are busy on the phone or to get
information in a less intrusive manner than calling or visiting the person.
